This policy explains how Ai4x collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website ai4x.ca and our forms, and when you interact with our advertising. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for individuals in Québec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by Law 25.

2. Information we collect
We only collect the information our services require:
- Identification and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, company and job title (where you provide them).
- Information provided through our forms: the needs you describe, team size, timing, and any information you send us voluntarily.
- Browsing information: pages visited, device, browser, analytics data and advertising identifiers, via cookies and trackers (see section 5).
We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and our Canadian programs are addressed to organizations and working professionals.
3. How we collect it
- When you complete a form on this site (quote request, enquiry).
- When you submit an advertising lead form on LinkedIn or Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- While browsing the site, through cookies and trackers.
- When you contact us by email or phone.
4. Purposes & consent
We use your information in order to:
- Handle and respond to your request, enquiry or application.
- Send you information and marketing communications about our programs, with your consent; you may unsubscribe at any time, in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
- Measure audience and improve our website and content.
- Deliver and optimize our advertising, including retargeting, where you have consented to the relevant cookies.
5. Cookies & trackers

6. Recipients, service providers and transfers outside Canada
Your information is never sold. It may be processed by our technical providers, acting on our instructions:
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Brevo — sending our emails and managing contact lists.
- Supabase — internal database (CRM) for tracking requests.
- Google, Meta, LinkedIn — analytics and advertising.
These providers, and our own team, process information outside Canada (notably in the United States, the European Union and Morocco). We assess these transfers and rely on contractual safeguards; your information may nevertheless be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
7. Retention
We keep your information for as long as the purposes described require, and thereafter for the applicable legal period. Prospect information is kept for as long as the relationship is active, and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure (restricted access, secure connections, compliant providers). In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a real risk of serious harm, we notify the individuals concerned and the competent authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent to its use for marketing at any time, and, where the law provides, to request its deletion or its portability.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, in Québec, the Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
