Foundations and your terrain
How models like Claude work and where they stop. Then the exercise that frames everything: mapping the real work of your function and where AI would give hours back.
A six-week, live program for women who run teams and functions. You leave with an AI workflow running in your own team and a 90-day roadmap you present to your leadership — not with a certificate of attendance and good intentions.
✓ 6 weeks, one evening a week · ✓ Your own documents and processes · ✓ No technical background needed
AI is reshaping finance, HR, operations, legal and communications first — functions many women lead. Yet the people choosing the tools, writing the rules and setting the pace are rarely the people who run that work. Ai4HER Leaders exists to change who steers.
You stop receiving AI decisions and start making them: what your team uses, on which tasks, with which safeguards, measured how.
Confidentiality, Law 25, PIPEDA, responsible use: the part self-taught users skip is the part that gives you authority in the room.
Twelve peers from different sectors, a working partner for the six weeks, and an alumnae circle that keeps meeting after the program ends.
One real process from your team — reporting, document review, onboarding, client follow-up — rebuilt with AI and running, not a demo.
Priorities, safeguards, budget and how you will measure time saved — written for your leadership, presented on demo night.
One page your people can sign: what may go through AI, what never does, and who decides. Ready for your privacy officer.
One live evening session a week (about three hours), plus around two hours on your own project between sessions, with your working partner and office hours.
How models like Claude work and where they stop. Then the exercise that frames everything: mapping the real work of your function and where AI would give hours back.
Prompting that works first time, Projects that remember your context, document and spreadsheet analysis — on the documents you actually handle.
Led by Soraya Kettani. Law 25 and PIPEDA in practice, which account type protects what, bias and accountability, and the usage charter your team will sign.
You pick one process from your team and rebuild it: inputs, instructions, connectors to your tools, human checkpoints. You leave the session with it running.
Getting a team to adopt, handling resistance, choosing what to measure, and turning one workflow into a habit across your function.
Each participant presents her workflow and roadmap to a panel. Invite your manager or sponsor: it is the moment the work becomes visible inside your organization.
Any sector, private or public. No technical background — just a laptop, real work, and the will to lead how AI enters it.
Reporting, reconciliation, budgets, controls.
Recruitment, onboarding, policies, internal training.
Processes, suppliers, documentation, follow-up.
Contracts, review, regulatory monitoring.
Content, campaigns, stakeholder relations.
Programs, reporting to funders, citizen services.
Not for you if you are looking for a coding bootcamp: this program is about leading AI in your work, not about becoming a developer.
Co-founder of the program. Researcher and lecturer in political science, public governance and applied ethics; Secretary and Advisor to the Morocco–Canada Economic Chamber. Leads the governance, ethics and law session.
Co-founder of the program and founder of Ai4x. Has trained more than 3,000 professionals in hands-on AI since 2023. Leads the practice and build sessions.
This is the first Ai4HER Leaders cohort. It is deliberately small, and priced accordingly.
Pilot rate in Canadian dollars, shared with shortlisted applicants
We reserve seats for organizations that sponsor two or more participants, and can run a private Ai4HER Leaders cohort for your company. On quotation.
No. If you use email, spreadsheets and documents at work, you have what you need. The program is built for people who lead work, not for developers.
Yes, the Ai4HER Leaders cohorts are reserved for women. Our other programs — Claude for teams, custom programs — are open to everyone and often run with mixed teams.
As soon as twelve seats are filled. Dates and session times are agreed with the selected participants so that the evenings fit real schedules.
The pilot rate is in Canadian dollars and shared with shortlisted applicants. It is reduced compared with future cohorts, in exchange for your candid feedback and a testimonial. Many participants ask their employer to fund it; we can invoice your organization directly.
Yes, within the limits your organization sets. The governance session exists precisely to agree what may and may not go through AI, and which account type to use. When in doubt, we work on anonymized copies.
The pilot runs in English. A French-language cohort is planned for Québec; mention it in your application if that is your preference.
You keep the alumnae circle, and the most committed graduates are invited to go further: training other women in their own organization or community.
Three minutes. Soraya and Youssef read every application and reply personally.
