Your teams on Claude — not just licences.
Whether you already run Claude Team or Enterprise, or you are about to: we configure your workspace before we arrive — projects, users, connectors to your own tools. Then, in one or two days, your people move from first contact to daily use.
✓ On your premises or remote · ✓ 100% hands-on, on your real cases · ✓ Ai4x certificate
Sessions run in English or French — you choose, and we can switch inside the room for a bilingual team.
Teams we have trained come from these organizations
The licences are in place. The adoption isn't.
Most organizations that roll out Claude report the same thing: without training, teams stall at "a better search engine".
Make the seats pay
Claude Team / Enterprise costs money per seat. A trained team pulls far more out of it: Projects, artifacts, file analysis, connectors.
Accelerate adoption
Every participant leaves with their own working workflows — not slides, but habits they use the following week.
Set the boundaries
Confidentiality, personal information under PIPEDA and Law 25, the limits of the model: your teams also learn what not to do, aligned with your internal policy.
One day for the essentials, two for mastery
Day 1 makes your teams operational on Claude. Day 2 (optional) goes further: automation, shared knowledge bases, and anchoring use cases inside your processes.
Becoming operational on Claude
From an introduction to generative AI to daily use inside your working tools.
10:00

11:15
Getting hands-on with Claude Team / Enterprise
Every participant works on their own licence.
- Interface, models, conversations and good practice
- Projects: organizing your work and sharing with the team
- Document analysis: PDFs, contracts, reports, images

The craft of prompting
The number one skill: getting reliable results first time.

- Analyzing an Excel / CSV file: summaries, anomalies, trends
- Generating formulas, pivot tables and charts
- Writing and reformatting Word documents and presentations
- Emails, minutes and business correspondence
17:00
Use case workshop
Everything applied to your real files, by team or by function.
- Identifying the top 3 use cases per participant

17:30
Adoption plan & good practice
- Internal usage charter: what to share, what to protect
- Making the habit stick (team rituals)
- Q&A and handover of resources
Automating and scaling out
For teams that want to convert: integrations, automation and governance.
10:30
Advanced Projects & knowledge base
- Centralizing procedures, templates and reference documents
- Custom instructions per team / function
- Sharing and collaboration inside the Team / Enterprise workspace
12:30
Connecting Claude to your tools

15:30
Advanced data analysis
- Handling large Excel files: cleaning, cross-referencing, reporting
- Dashboards and interactive visualizations (artifacts)
- Recurring reporting: building a reusable process
16:45
Workshop: industrializing your use cases
- Each participant turns their Day 1 case into a team process
- Shared prompt templates and usage documentation
17:30
Governance & AI roadmap
- Admin roles, access management on Team / Enterprise
- Measuring adoption and impact (time saved, quality)
- A 90-day roadmap handed to management
The program is adjusted to your functions and your use cases during a scoping call before the session.

Marketing & sales
Content, proposals, market monitoring and meeting preparation.

Three ways to start
Quote within one business day, in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes, no commitment. The day rate does not change with group size — what moves the figure is the format and the depth of customization. Eligible employers may be able to offset part of the cost through provincial workforce-training programs, or count it toward Québec's 1% training obligation; we'll help you check.
⚡ Ignite — one day
On quotation within one business day · the whole team, up to 12
- Step 0 included: your Claude workspace configured before the session
- Confidentiality and usage charter, ready for your teams to sign
- Prompting, Projects and Cowork on your real cases
- Claude Design as a closing demonstration
🚀 Accelerate — two days
On quotation day 1 whole team, day 2 your champions
- Everything in Ignite, Step 0 included
- Connectors to your own tools (Drive, SharePoint…), skills and plugins
- Claude Code in two stages: an app, then an agent that runs without you
- 6 to 10 champions trained to keep Claude alive internally
🎯 Transform — two days + one workflow delivered
On consultation scope agreed in writing before the quote
- The entire Accelerate program
- One real workflow delivered into production — one workshop out of five
- Assistant on your procedures · recurring reporting · invoice and email triage · knowledge base · dashboard
- Scope written and signed before the quote; access and data provided 5 days ahead
🔁 Ongoing AI Ops — your outsourced AI team
After the training, we maintain and extend your automations every month: new workflows, dashboards, priority support for your teams. On quotation, no lock-in — we recommend three months to make adoption stick.
From request to impact, in five steps
Scoping (30 min)
We identify your functions, your tools and your priority use cases.
Quote in 24h
Adjusted program, proposed dates and a detailed quote.
Workspace configuration
This is Step 0, included in all three formats: before the first session we set up your Projects, users and roles, the connectors to your tools and your usage charter. We don't train people on an empty workspace.
Live training
One or two intensive days; each participant practises on their own licence, in a workspace that is already prepared.
Follow-up
Resources, 30 days of support, and a review of adoption.
You may be wondering…
Can the session run in French, or in both languages?
Yes. Trainers deliver in English or French, materials are provided in the language of the session, and for a bilingual team we switch language inside the room when it helps. Montréal teams usually run in French with English materials on request; Toronto teams the other way round.
Do we need to have a Claude Team or Enterprise licence already?
No. If you are already equipped, we configure your existing workspace before the session. If you are not, we advise on the right plan (Pro, Team or Enterprise) and set the workspace up — this is Step 0, included in all three formats. The subscription remains in your company's name.
Our teams are complete beginners with AI. Is that a problem?
No — the day opens with an hour of introduction to generative AI, accessible to everyone. No technical profile is required: the training is built for business functions (finance, HR, sales, operations…).
One day or two: how do we choose?
Ignite (one day) is enough to make a team autonomous day to day — prompts, Projects, Cowork, business use cases. Accelerate (two days) adds a second day reserved for 6–10 champions: connectors to your tools, skills and plugins, then Claude Code. Choose it if you want people able to keep Claude alive internally without us. Transform goes further still: both days, plus one workflow delivered into production at your site.
Can the program be adapted to our sector?
Yes, always. The scoping call exists to collect your real use cases (typical documents, spreadsheets, processes) and the workshops run on your own files — not on generic examples.
What about the confidentiality of our data?
A dedicated module covers it: what the Claude Team / Enterprise guarantees actually cover (your data is not used to train the models), where the data is processed, and how to define an internal usage charter for personal and sensitive information — the questions your privacy officer will ask under PIPEDA and, in Québec, Law 25. See the section below →
Can this be funded?
Often partly. Depending on your province, workforce-training grants can cover a share of the cost, and in Québec the training counts toward the 1% payroll obligation of the skills-development act. We are not grant consultants, but we provide the documentation your HR or finance team needs to file. Ask us on the scoping call.
How quickly can you run a session?
Quote within one business day, and a session generally possible within two to three weeks depending on diaries and travel. Tell us your date constraints in your request.
"Our data does not leave this building."
The real question is not whether, but through which door.
Confidentiality does not depend on "Claude" in general — it depends on the type of account your teams come in through. That is the point nine leaders out of ten miss, and it decides everything else — including what you can honestly write in your Law 25 privacy impact assessment.
Based on Anthropic's official sources, verified. Our confidentiality playbook — including a one-page usage charter ready for your teams to sign — is available in French today; we walk your team through it in English on the call. This is guidance on tooling, not legal advice: your counsel keeps the last word on PIPEDA and Law 25.
Tell us where you stand
We don't train everyone: each session is built on your real cases and your workspace is configured before we arrive. Two minutes to describe your context — if what you need matches what we do well, we send you an invitation for a 30-minute scoping call.
